Piper Nesbitt Joins EventMover’s Client Relations Team
EventMover, Inc. (EMI), a transportation services company dedicated to delivering corporate assets to trade shows, auto shows and special events, welcomes Piper Nesbitt to its team. As the lead Client Relations representative for EMI’s Nashville and Detroit offices, Nesbitt will report to the Director of Client Relations and work with Operations and Sales staff to ensure client retention and satisfaction, in addition to identifying sales opportunities for current and potential clients.
Nesbitt will be a tremendous addition to the EMI team’s diverse mix of talent, bringing over a decade of experience working in customer service, account management, asset management and client-budget planning. Prior to joining EventMover, Nesbitt served as the Operations Manager at David Alan Salon. Prior to that, she worked as a Medical Assistant for an orthopedic surgeon. She has also held retail and operation management positions with companies including the Anaheim Ducks hockey team and Squaw Valley Ski Resort.
“EventMover has a proven track record of delivering in-demand transportation solutions for Fortune 500 companies and I’m thrilled to bring value to their existing and prospective clientele,” said Nesbitt. “My main focus is to listen to [the clients’] needs and develop solutions to better serve them.”
“Our transportation capabilities will continue to meet the demands of our clients as they raise the bar for live experiences and special events. Our growing base is an indicator that the market recognizes our approach, and adding the best customer service professionals is mandatory to continue providing the unparalleled service our clients and partners have grown to expect,” said Lisa Michele Chretien, President and CEO of EventMover.
Nesbitt joins EMI at a time when client inquiries have increased on the heels of the company’s national expansion to Detroit, Michigan; Nashville, Tennessee; and Plano, Texas. Her hiring also signals plans to increase the size of EMI’s regional office team and expand its services to meet client needs.
“Customer service and satisfaction are paramount to our long-term success,” added Vice President, Jim Chretien. “By adding Piper to our team, we will be able to better service and satisfy the growing needs of our clients and partners. We believe she is the perfect fit for EventMover and our clients will benefit from her being a part of our team.”
