Lisa Michele Chretien Receives 2016 Gamechanger Award from the Connected Women of Influence
Irvine, CA – March 31, 2016 – Lisa Michele Chretien, President and CEO of EventMover, Inc., received the 2016 Gamechanger Award, presented by the Connected Women of Influence organization, during the Orange County Women of Influence Awards at the Radisson Hotel Newport on March 30, 2016.
According to the organization, the award recognizes “a woman that has made significant contributions in her profession, industry or enterprise with a track record of change, innovation, inspiration and achievements.”
Chretien, a 30 year veteran of the transportation industry, founded EventMover, Inc. in 2001 and directs the overall vision, strategic growth and momentum of the business. Under her leadership, the company, which transports exhibit displays and properties to trade shows and special events, has grown into a dynamic organization with pivotal cross-industry wins in Corporate America. Prior to forming EventMover, Lisa Michele held sales and operation management positions with major transit carriers, where she created, implemented and managed some of the largest transportation programs in the country.
In addition to her activities with EventMover, Chretien is actively involved in the women’s entrepreneurial area, both regionally and nationally. She is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) National Forum Membership and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Recruitment Team, and serves as Senior Chair on the Women’s Business Enterprise Council – West’s Los Angeles/Orange County Leadership Forum. She also mentors emerging and established women business owners.
